2. How to withdraw money from via back office ?
Different password for back office login (it’s not same as login password)
You can reset it by entering credentials. (Click on forgot password option and enter client ID and PAN number, you will receive password instantly to your registered mail ID & Phone number)
Login to Backoffice – click on request (on the top of the task bar) – withdraw fund – click on view punch – Enter withdraw amount and click on payment.

4.How to create a market watch and adding scripts in Mobile App ?
Login to Application – Click on Market watch – Manage watch list - Add New Watch list – Click on √ Mark – Advance Search – Select scripts – Add to Market watch – you can trade from the Market watch.

Login to Application – Click on Menu – Click on Trade –Market watch –Create MW- Search – Select scripts – Add to Market watch – you can trade from the Market watch.

Log in to Web Application – Add Scripts to market watch – Click on Sell Button – Order window will open- Change Product Type as MIS – Click on Check Margin.

User Unblock option available in mobile application
Download Goodwill GIGA mobile Application – Click on the User Blocked option in Login Page
It will ask for credentials – enter PAN number & Mail ID – Submit – User will be unblocked immediately-
You can able to login with the same password again.
